As the former Vice President of client marketing and development for a boutique investment banking firm, Merv Matheson is a venerable figure of New York City finance. All of that notwithstanding, Merv’s first love has always been real estate. Early on, Merv’s native sense of value paid dividends in the form of two Ocean Parkway properties acquired at the age of 22. He leveraged these into further holdings and built a valuable cornerstone of properties. Merv went on to acquire properties in Manhattan and East Hampton, all the while cultivating a refined sense of value on the one hand and an esteemed client list on the other.
