Growing up in Brooklyn Omar was an ardent sports fan and is among the most devoted Mets and Giants fans you will ever meet--but one of the biggest lessons he learned from this passion was how he wanted to play the game.
When Omar graduated from the University of Albany with a degree in Business he went to work on Wall Street. After several years in the trenches of working with investors day in and day out, Omar realized he wanted a world outside of his cubical. Real estate was the natural environment for a motivated and naturally outgoing person like Omar who loves to explore the city.
As someone who knows the daily grind of the New York finance world, Omar uses his experiences to help his clients who have demanding jobs. Omar uses his knowledge of the neighborhoods to find apartments that meet the needs of his clients and have the amenities they need close by so they can maximize their time away from the office. The early success Omar had during his tenure on Wall Street was rooted in his responsiveness and attentiveness. Whether it’s the straight facts or plenty of hand holding you require, he customizes the experience for each client and educates you thoroughly so you make the best decisions. Being a “hybrid agent”, Omar is able to work with renters, buyers, and sellers. In some cases he can work with a client to sell one property, buy another and then rent it for the owner. He is always available, whether it’s late at night or on the weekends to make sure his clients’ needs are met.
