Late Fee: Up to $50 per occurrence, or 5% of the amount due, whichever is less

Returned Payment (NSF): $35 per occurrence

Lockout: $25 per occurrence

Key Replacement: $10-$15 per key

Fob/ID Card Replacement: $25 per item

Cylinder Replacement: $100 per item

Smoking: Up to $500 per occurrence for non-smoking tenancies

Extermination Fees: As billed when resulting from unsanitary conditions created by the tenant

Cleaning Fees: As billed when resulting from unsanitary conditions created by the tenant

Damage Fees: As billed for damage beyond normal wear and tear

Legal Fees: As billed and as permitted by law

Lease Assignment Fee: $1,500, paid by the current tenant
