An eclectic mix of Chinese and Hispanic influences give Sunset Park an international flavor with festivals in Brooklyn’s Chinatown and Sunset Park, the neighborhood’s namesake.

Offering views of New York Harbor, Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and the hills of Staten Island and New Jersey, Sunset Park is bounded by Park Slope and Greenwood Heights to the north, Borough Park to the east, Bay Ridge to the south and Upper New York Bay to the west.

There are a wide-variety of Renaissance and Romanesque Revival row houses along with brownstones to choose from and the neighborhood is peppered with vibrant ethnic markets and restaurants.
